The tasting takes place by appointment, in a spirit of sharing and exchange. Sylvain receives you at the estate to talk about the cuvées, the vineyard work, the seasons and the family history that has carried this place for three generations.
A tasting at the estate, by appointment
Each tasting is first and foremost a meeting. When you arrive at the estate, you are welcomed by Sylvain or Bernadette, who guide you through the wines. There is no standardised tour: the visit adapts to your wishes, your curiosity and the time of year.
You can taste the cuvées of Domaine de Roudène and Clos Nysa, ask questions about the grape varieties, the harvest, the ageing, and leave with the bottles of your choice — or simply place an order.
Clos Nysa & Domaine de Roudène
Domaine de Roudène is a family wine estate of around 27 hectares of vines, on the Paziols terroir. Clos Nysa designates part of the vineyard worked with an environmentally conscious approach, in organic farming.
The wines produced are marked by the terroir of the Corbières and AOC Fitou: structured reds, fresh rosés, whites that express the scrubland and southern sun. The estate's aim is to limit inputs and let the terroir express itself in each cuvée.

Paziols, at the heart of the Hautes Corbières
Paziols is located in the Aude, in the Occitanie region, at the gateway to the Pyrénées-Orientales. The village is rooted in the Hautes Corbières, a wine-growing area renowned for its landscapes of scrubland, vines, dry hills and valleys.
It is here, between river and limestone plateau, that Domaine de Roudène cultivates its vines, in a preserved setting where the wind, light and stone give the wines their character.
