At Clos Nysa, the Au Casot wine bar is the social hub of the estate: a place to welcome visitors, exchange with Sylvain, arrange practical bookings and discover the estate wines.

Open to guests staying on site as well as outside visitors, this space allows you to discover the wines of Domaine de Roudène and Clos Nysa, buy bottles on site or place an order after a tasting.

Au Casot — the estate's convivial space

The Au Casot wine bar is the convivial space of Clos Nysa. You can discover the wines of Domaine de Roudène and Clos Nysa. Wines from Domaine de Roudène and Clos Nysa can be purchased separately by the bottle, subject to availability and at the displayed prices. The sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Drink responsibly. The space remains a tasting, reception and meeting area, without a permanent restaurant service.

Breakfast

Breakfast is reserved for guests staying at Clos Nysa. Service from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. Two options are offered: a simple breakfast at €5 per person and a full breakfast at €8 per person. To be enjoyed on site at Au Casot or taken away. Order mandatory the day before.

The convivial space is where you can meet Sylvain, ask practical questions, confirm certain stay arrangements or simply talk about the estate.

Wine bar & tasting

The wine bar operates under the establishment's Licence III, with drinks suited to this setting. It allows you to discover the wines of Domaine de Roudène and Clos Nysa. Tastings may be offered free of charge within reason; booking is recommended to ensure a proper welcome.

Depending on the season, the place may also host gatherings, occasional music events or small local happenings. The spirit remains simple: create connections, talk about the land, the vineyard and the work done here.
